Your account and settings

Your personal starting point for profile, security, integrations and organizations.

How it fits together.

The account menu connects your personal account with the current work context. Settings contains general profile information, password and active sessions. Depending on permissions, it also exposes integrations, capabilities, memories or API access. Organization settings have their own section and affect more than your personal profile.

Integrations appear as their own objects. When adding one, choose an enabled connector. The next steps depend on the provider: OAuth opens an external sign-in, while other connections request configuration fields or an access token. The overview flags integrations that are inaccessible, in an error state or about to expire.

Step by step in AIOS

01

Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

First check the current account and work context in the menu. Profile, notification controls, time controls and settings are reached from there.

02

Choose Settings. General contains your personal profile.

General contains personal information such as name, email, phone number and work location. Organization-wide appearance or permissions belong in the separate Organization section.

03

Security lets you manage your password and active sessions. Integrations shows the external accounts enabled for you.

In Integrations, Add opens a connector picker. OAuth starts an external sign-in; configuration and token connections display their required fields. Afterwards, inspect the integration object’s name and status.

04

The account menu also lets you switch organization or workspace, manage notifications and sign out.

Switching work context does not change your organization configuration. Check the visible content after switching before starting a new operation.
