PARTNER RESOURCES / Operations

Working with the Instances Manager.

Prepare, assign and deliberately manage customer environments.

Clarify access and responsibility

The Instances Manager is intended for authorized product partners. Before starting, establish which customers you may manage instances for and who owns operations and support. Record the agreed scope for each customer.

Prepare a customer instance

Define the customer assignment, name and deployment model. Clearly distinguish demo, test and production environments. Review modules, connectors and roles with an authorized customer representative before using real data.

Hand over operations

Document the instance, contacts, configured connections and support path. Use a test account to check the agreed permissions. The Instances Manager documentation complements this checklist with technical instructions.
